2) Scope

This Policy explains how we handle personal data when you visit our website/store, contact us, or purchase our services via Chariow, Upwork, Fiverr, or direct invoice. It also covers data we process while delivering services (e.g., interviews, outreach, account management). If a client instructs us to process data on their behalf, we act as a processor and their privacy policy applies in addition to this one.

Identity & contact data: name, employer, role, email, phone/WhatsApp, country.
Business & project data: goals, markets, ICP notes, interview lists, meeting records.
Communications: emails, messages, call notes/recordings (with notice), feedback.
Transactional: invoices, payments (handled by payment processors), VAT/tax data.
Technical & usage: IP address, device/browser type, pages viewed, referral source, cookies.
Interview data: opinions, pricing signals, publicly shared contacts (with consent or legitimate interest).
Localization assets: texts, media, brand files for translation/marketing.

We keep data only as long as necessary for the purposes above: typically up to 24 months after project end for operational/record‑keeping needs, unless a longer period is required by law or for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims. Interview recordings/transcripts may be minimized or anonymized and are usually deleted within 12 months unless otherwise agreed.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures (access controls, encryption in transit, role‑based access, need‑to‑know principle). No method is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10) Your rights

Subject to your location and applicable law, you may have rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object, and data portability, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
